Individual Instruction
We provide 1:1 instruction at your home or an outside location.We travel throughout the greater NYC metro area as well as New Jersey. Optimal times for instruction are in the early morning or evening, weekdays as well as weekends.
Individual instruction is for those who are brand-new to yoga, those who are looking to go deeper in their practice, and those who want individual attention.
We will work with you to create a plan that will meet your individual needs. Pranayama, asana and meditation are recommended for a complete practice, but you may choose to focus more heavily on one during your private class time. Hands-on adjustments help to give students a sense of alignment and the confidence to know that their body can go farther than the mind will allow.

Small group instruction
Perhaps you want to practice yoga with a group of colleagues or friends, but your local studio does not provide a class at a feasible time? We are happy to come to you, or meet your group at an outside location. Small groups give the community experience of being in a class, but still provide for individual attention. We cater to brand new beginners as well as seasoned yogis, and are happy to structure a small group session that accommodates all levels.

Corporate Yoga Instruction
Work hard, play hard. Give your employees a well deserved yoga session where they can kick off their shoes and relax! Employers whose employees are practicing yoga on a regular basis will see a reduction in stress levels, an increase in productivity and an abundance of smiles. These sessions are created to fit into a 30 to 60 minute break, and are centered around strength building and relaxation techniques. Early morning, evening or lunch sessions available.

Yoga Parties!
Be the talk of the town by hosting your very own yoga party! Gather a group of friends or acquaintances and allow us to lead the entertainment with a private yoga session for the entire party. It can be as energetic or relaxing as you want it to be. We are happy to incorporate games, songs and themes into our "instruction". Catering options are also available. In-home Retreats
Want the experience of a retreat, but don't have the time or money to travel? Choose from day long or weekend retreat options. We'll set the ambiance, bringing candles and any other accessories needed to fit your chosen theme. Each retreat includes two daily yoga classes, and a number of different workshops or sessions tailored to meet your individual needs. Adventure Ski Retreat Weekends!
It's wintertime in the northeast, and that means ski season is once again upon us! Whether you are a seasoned skier or new to the greens, you are sure to have an amazing time with Helen and Liz at Hunter Mountain, NY. Join us for a weekend of skiing, yoga, and nutritious food. Retreat packages include lodging at the Villa Vosilla Resort, two yoga classes daily, meals and lift tickets. Private or group lessons can be arranged for both skiers and snowboarders. Don't own your own equipment? Don't worry! We're happy to arrange a rental for you. Space is available on a first come, first serve basis for weekends in January and February.
